Week one of weight loss!

Today marks a week since starting the 17 day diet and we are so happy with just a week of results. Aj and I both have been super strict and not giving into any of our cravings except I did have one drink last night oops. My first post about dieting I said I was a little to shy to post my weight and measurements but today i'm feeling great and decided I will post my measurements and weight every weigh in to keep me going and to be open with all my amazing readers.

Waist: 32.5 inches
Thighs: 25 inches 
Arms:13 inches
Hips:40 inches
Butt:41 inches

Saturday, May 26
Weight:148.2
Chest:38.5 Inches
Waist:31.5 Inches 
Thighs:23.5 inches
Arms:12.5 inches
Hips:38.5 inches
Butt:40 Inches

Iv lost 6 lbs in just 7 days and nearly an inch off every party of my body. Im so happy with our progress we still have a long way to go but we are trying our hardest and I'm happy to see change in numbers.

Have any of you started a diet or this diet? How are you liking it?

  1. Havent started a diet, but I've been cutting out a lot of meats and trying to do the 30 day shred - totally kicked my sorry butt. I'm also starting to do running now that its nice out. I'm thinking I might try a diet though.
